Poor poor service!!!!

Initially received excellent service from Rain consultant, called me and arranged delivery of a 5G router within 24hrs...then the service levels deteriorated. After setup I could never get a consistent 5G signal. When I called the call centre number, was told due to COVID they have closed the call centre! I tried emailing my complaint, all I got was an automated reply with a log ref...it has now been almost 2 weeks. I have requested the router be fetched, and that I receive a full refund - R699 - 5G uncapped package, as I was not able to use the service as advertised. Poor poor service Rain. I will be staying with Telkom FTTH - stable and reliable, may not be the cheapest, but it works!!!
