Poor poor poor service from Rain

I have been trying to cancel my Rain subscription since last week. My subscription it’s still active and nobody has called or sent me an email. I now got a fibre I no longer need their service. They are gonna try to bill me. I want the subscription cancel like yesterday.

I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You can’t even get hold of them on the phone. I’ve sent the cancellation request more than 10 times
