Poor poor poor service

Orderd and paid my internet package on the first of april delivery said it would be 3 to 5 days , its been two weeks still no delivery even after numerous emails and phone calls still nothing just empty promises ? My businesses has suffered severely thanks to switching internet provider to rain , I am more than disappointed in Rain for letting me down !!!! Apparently the courier tried to deliver on the 6th of april and could not get a hold of me , but i never recieved a call at all and no sms from courier with tracking details , ots now once again weekend and will have to wait another two days for delivery ,which im not even sure will happen on monday because ive allready been let down all this time ,!!
