POOR POOR POOR!!!! RAIN INTERNET SERVICE!

Rain is at it again, it seems like the only way to get any connection issues resolved with them is through hellopeter, 5days without connection that's paid for is ridiculous!!! I've called them countless times this week. At first they said they've connected me to an incorrect tower and they are going to fix that, when that didn't work they resorted in blaming my router as the problem(and I must add, last consultant was extremely rude and very slow to grasp/understand what was explained to her), I swapped the rain sim into my mobile phone and used it as hot-spot same result - network buffering endlessly over 30min for a simple 5min YouTube video..Tried different tactic, swapped rain sim with MTN sim with data on same mobile phone, results perfect network connection. I am very very disappointed and frustrated with this network called Rain INTERNET SERVICE, I would NEVER recommend it to anyone!!!!!
