POOR POOR POOR

I was very scared to join Rain for the reason that it might not work. When I enquired on the website I received non stop calls and offers from them to a point that they would phone every 5 minutes. The consultant ensured me it would work and its month to month so I can cancel any time. Guess what? IT DOES NOT WORK! AT ALL!! I call and call and leave requests for calls and support tickets and emails to cancel and NOTHING! This is genuinely the worst service ever! I just want to cancel and send the router back! I am in disbelief by the poor service I have gotten even when I tried calling to get it to work. All I get is a big fat NOTHING! But you better pay their bills right?!
