POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

My Wi-Fi has not been working since last night. I have tried calling Rain a number of times this morning. All they do is to tell you that they can identify you and they are putting you through to an agent , then they play music for you for the next twenty minutes. There’s not even that recorded message that tells you that you’ll be attended to in the near future or something. They seem to be ******** of the fact that one is using their airtime to call them. This is the worst service provider with the worst customer service. They don’t care about their customers.
