Poor pathetic service by service provider

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service ( both internet connectivity and customer support) provided by the internet service provider...as at July 2020 the network coverage has been extremly poor...the download speed is so ridiculous that we dnt even get to watch a proper program or use internet on our phones whilst at home..although we are still expected to pay a full premium...the customer support division seems to b on permanent lockdown whilst the rest of the South African economy has returned to almost 90 % functionality.i can never through to the call centre nor are my enquries responded to...i wish they could be as quick to resolve queries as they are to open new accounts and debit funds.

If anyone can advise of any other reliable netwrk provider which isnt too hard on the pocket..please feel free to leave a referal.
