Poor or No customer service respond at all

I am not getting feedback from RAIN on their support system at all, I have sent too many requests and no one is feedbacking.

"A rain agent will respond to your query within 24-48 hours. Your reference number is ***".

Please feedback, I wouldn't be going through to Hello Peter if you guys can just respond.
