Poor of the poorest service provider

If it was possible to rate it below 0 i would still go - 1000 I've been trying to get hold of rain for many days now, i logged a ticket on 28 September because their line it's either you are holding over 30 minutes or the automated services malfunctions and keeps you running in a loop, i want to cancel so you can stop trying to debit because i don't see any value for my money
