Poor of the poorest service ever

Got the worst experience ever since last week ! Literally everyday from last week till today,I'm getting disconnected from the internet, even when I try to optimize my signal on their App,still it doesn't connect. When I log a ticket,still no resolution, only automated email saying " help is on the way" 5his has cost me more money to get alternative internet connection from other service providers since I'm working from home, funny how they won't even pro rata those days I didn't have internet, I feed up with Rain, service 8s pathetic, unprofessional and useless,even now I'm logging this review with other network provide cause I'm still down the whole day again,worst of the worst service
