Poor - No services

I upgrade to rain ONE thinking its a good idea. I have been experiencing connectivity challenges for the last two weeks and could not adequately make us of the product. I have called their support Centre a number of times and have been holding for more than an hour in total (Bad experience) , and this proof to be a waist of time. They are not able to assist with network issues as it indicates not network. I have two devices that I am paying for and both have the same problem. Don't buy this product rather go with a brand where you get good after sales support and assistance
