Poor network speeds.

Despite numerous complaint about poor network , first no reply and than an technician insist I'm connected to a certain tower. He gave advice that will never work. He gave settings without knowing what router I'm using. Same issues . I think they hoping onto Telkom tower. Same result on both networks. Terrible.
