Poor network speed and pokr customer service

I have requested multiple times information on whg i have poor network speed. They rep**** and everytime giving me a instruction what to do. Yhe last instruction on comment was i am to far from the closest tower. Well i drove to right under the tower and guess what no network speed. Since then i do not get any rwplies from Rain or communication. This is the worst network i have ever had.will NOT reccomend Rain to any person. No ser ice feedback aftwr mulriple requests.
