Poor network, slow speed and BAD customer service!

Day 5 without network. Contacted them numerous times about this but no solution. Horrible and *********** customer support service. Extremely slow network when it was working. They have ****** my money, they promised something and delivered a different thing. The worst internet service provider in S.A!
