Poor network service

Dear rain

I really don't like writing to you complaining about your non existent network service. You keep giving me reference numbers but nothing changes. I cannot be paying for internet service that keeps dying every 2 minutes. Please fix this oret us know if you cannot handle the pressure, we'd gladly go to other service providers
