Poor network service

Services are very poor, they don't reply to emails or direct messages, they don't fulfill their promise. I've lost hours of internet, they promised to reinstate my data that I could not use but they didn't. Instead, their network gets even worse, I had to buy data from MTN to do my assignments. Funny enough they don't miss the debit date, it's almost two weeks without internet and they are not doing anything about it
