Poor Network Service and After sales service non existend

Rain Internet is slightly better then Telkom ...My biggest problem is that their after service is the worst ever. When they call you to sign on more then 5/6 people call you in one day. When you have network issues no one contacts you for days on end.

They sell you a unlimited unthrottle or unshape 5G package with speeds over 10mps-30mps, but my downloading speed don't even reach 5mps and uploading speed less the 2mps very slow for a Premuim R599 package.

I hope they get this complaint and respond for a change ...
