Poor network & service

I have been trying to contact your support team with success.

I bought rain few years back and canceled within 7 days because of poor network in my area. Recently you guys have been deducting money on my account saying I owe you money. Almost 3 years now, I cancelled, only in 2023 you start deducting, what have you been waiting for?

I have records of emails I sent, dealing with one of your employees. I was told the contract is cancelled.

When I phone, your call centre is not helping either, they just rude.

All I want is to get my money back and stop deducting money on my account.
