Poor network provider

Terrible service.

Im in an area that should get good network connection since its close to a tower, but the WiFi drops so often - almost weekly. It is just unreliable and inconsistent. It is not cheap either. When I called for assistance the employee was of no help, merely saying I need to wait it out to see if it improves. they said a tower is down but dont know which one and gave no indication as to a way forward or what I can do about this poor WiFi connection. they said I must change network providers.

overall horrible product, and poor service. get another more reputable network provider.
