Poor network poor service

Bad network Bad Service. I have been without the internet for 8 days. Everyday I call, WhatsApp, Facebook and still I'm being told one thing! I was told to reboot, I did, they said a hard reboot still, a reset on the router still, they said they're trouble shooting but still. Some ARAn person or robot said they will escalate, I called following up on the escalation only to find no escalation was done. This is the worst pathetic service considering that they all suggest one thing and even when you tell them it didn't work they still want to tell you to do the very same thing you told them it didn't work. This feels like a marabastad industry. I'm still without the internet for 8 days
