Poor network from Rain

A lot of people have warned me about Rain network and I didn’t listen to them; honestly, I regret associating myself with them…always when it’s raining their network becomes slow, I have tried all troubleshootings that they instructed me to do, but the problem still persists; I have been reporting the issue of slow network when it’s raining but up to so far no solution or assistance from them
