Poor network coverage for Rain R500 prepaid

I have a prepaid contract with Rain monthly i pay R500 the internet is always down. I was promised upload and download of 10mb. Their service is so poor and im considering looking for other service provider as im working remotely and it affects my work daily performance. My number is ***
