Poor network coverage
Not so good day . For the past 4 days I've been experiencing network connectivity .. no loadshedding what so ever is acheduled in my area . I'm not certain why I have no internet connectivity after such a long time using the router and Rain services ... yall are quick tell me that the payment is poor , I have been on the rain app with no feedback from aby technician. I can't be experiencing network and connectivity issues at the peak of my exams ..

I have to buy data to substitute the fact I can't connect . I have nk means of moving to a different area. This has to be sorted within 24 hours .. it is really unacceptable. It is an inconvenience to say the least .
My exams are 6 hour papers .. meaning the amount of data that I have to purchase will be beyond my means . Hence I opted for a router to have my life simplified . So I really cannot the No ETR response.
