Poor network connection

Rain internet is a **** shame. I have this router about 2 days. Today I tried to connect but the internet was very poor and couldn’t connect on my tv. I lodged a complaint and asked for a subscription cancellation. They called and the say it’s a glitch or internet service, but it been 3 day this network has been poor. After the call suddenly the network started to pick up and it’s working..Question is what really happened with their network before the call. Suddenly the network decided to work without any glitch.
