Poor network connection

I am using VODACOM-5EMUG8W home router with rain network connection. I am not in the house always but when ever I am home and need to use internet I struggle with network. And when ever I try it still just doesn't work. I ask my neighbors who are using the same network, Rain, they also have the same problem. My question is can this be fixed as soon as possible because I can't be paying every month and still not use the network. Like today I had school work to submit but I couldn't because of network. I end up buying data on my phone and hotspot which is not far because now I am paying for something I am not using. And please don't tell me to try and disconnect then connect, I have done that so many times It only delay me. Also the problem is not my router as it works perfectly when using other networks.
