Poor network connection

Horrible network ever. Since last night without internet, I have been rebooting the router but still there is no difference. Last week it was worse, there was no network for the entire week. You are too quick to switch off my account if I don't pay on time. However, when it comes to connectivity you are too slow to react. I wouldn't recommend rain network to anyone. Too stressful as I am working remotely!
