Poor network connecting 4G

I activate my SIM card last month on 18 October I was struggling to connect on internet even when I have 4G on the screen sometimes they were written no service so on 25 October I decided to cancel and then they told me that they are going to refund me in 7 to 10 days working so since on October 25 until now I'm still waiting for my refund I'm not getting my money when I call them they take more than 15 minutes to pick up the phone after that they are not giving me a good service there busy lying to me so I'm sick and tired all I wanted my money for my rain network connect patient enough now
