Poor network and unsatisfactory service

I requested cancellation on the 24th of June, I was advised that it would take 3 to 5 days for the device to be collected and a pro rata refund issued however, I am still waiting. Apart from the fact that Rain has extremely poor network coverage as I struggled to use it in the short while that I had it, their customer services skills are not much better. I would not recommend Rain to anyone. Please collect your device and refund my money,
