Poor network and terrible throughput.

Paying a handful for a non-existent service. Internet only works in the early mornings - why must I wake up at about 1am to use the internet?!

I have to alway reboot the router to get internet - which lasts only for a short period.

For a 5G package, one gets download speeds of about 10Mb and 0.1 upload.

Terrible business decision to close the call centre and operate on email support only (you can do better while complying with Covid19 safety measures) - it take ages before you get attended to. The only response you get is a bot response.

So frustrating being a consumer of Rain networks.
