Poor Network and Service

I signed up in May and selected the 20th for billing but on the system it’s the 1st, when I call with the rain SIM I can’t get through but when I use my number I get charged, emails bounce back when I communicate on the app no one responds, don’t understand why is it so frustrating to get someone to assist us even when we have no connection we have to wait until I gets back with no explanation, I’m starting to believe people who say this is a ****.

I received 2 Rain 4G SIM cards, I inserted one on my android and followed the steps but I cant get into rain talk also, the billing date has not been changed.
