Poor network and poor customer service

I'm not impressed with their service, I subscribe for rain since 2019 and it was operating well and I've been paying them well I've never skipped not a single months. The problem started last year 2025 the network started not operating. I've logged a call complaining they said they will fix it. Of which they never did till this year 2026. I even stopped using their sim card, I also requested cancelation when my account was not owing cause their network was frustrating. However I see countless messages claiming claiming I owe them. It's really annoying for my bank app. How can I owe something I didn't use? and you know very well you didn't provide the service.
