POOR NETWORK AND HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have been experiencing POOR internet connection for more than 2 weeks now, I have been calling in to get assistance and today I was met with a guy called "Sean" (that is if that's his actual name) who was as useless as this network. The guy went as far as telling me to get backup internet as if I am doing Rain a favour and not paying for this service. How the hell must I use backup internet when I paying full amount every month, they don't even prorata for days where they could not deliver internet to me. That guy either needs training or just be fired altogether. I hate *********** people who make it seem like we are insane for requesting for services THAT WE PAY FOR. This is probably the ****tiest service provider and people better stay away from it.

Lately they cannot even assist with connecting to a working tower, which they previously used to do. Use them at your own risk, they are a ****!
