Poor Network and customer service form rain

Rain is the worst internet service provider that i have ever seen , The network signal has been poor for the past three weeks in the Rondebult area in Germiston have logged multiple service support . To this day i have never been assisted instead you chat with Chat Bot AI , Multiple residents in my neighborhood have also tried to reach out with no luck . mind you we are still getting debited month end. We work from home but have not be able to do so cause of the inconsistence network . I would like to urge people from the east rand to avoid that network provider worst service ever
