Poor network and customer service assistants

I been using rain network for so long now and the network is so bad, when I call customer care I keep on getting told that there are issues with the closest tower to me, they make me reboot and r set the 5G router constantly and do speed test yet I key 1. Something KB of upload speed and no download speed,

The router can be on 5G but still the network is so poor that I can’t even work from home on days when I really need to

The supervisors in the customer care is so useless because you can tell them to escalate the issue further yet no one gets back to you and nothing is done about your complaints

I been complaining constantly but I do not get what I’m paying for and at no point would they consider trying to get me a latest router or sim to troubleshoot this issue or even compensate me for the service that I’m not getting
