Poor network and client service!!!!

Yho rain network is the pits of the pits!!!! The network is **** as well as the customer service! I pay R479 for unlimited data and plus I work from home but I cannot get anything done because every minute the network disappears or fails me, I find myself even losing my rhythm of work because of the bad network and when you report it nobody helps you, they can’t even speak professionally with you regarding your query cause nobody cares wow I’m in shock at this network shem and their poor service delivery. They should just shut down! Or do better!!!
