poor network

It has been almost a full year complaining about the same issue relating to their poor network coverage. Nothing has been done to change this, is stead the only thing I keep getting from them is excuses about their tower being under maintenance. When it comes to the collection of their payment they do not forget to debit from my account. I am tired of phoning rain. I've stopped recommending people to try rain.
