Poor network

Poor network reception. Test Rain before signing contract and got 15 Mbps Upload. Signed contract and the network went down to 2 Mbps and a week later 2 Kbps. Complained about it and the say they will investigate. Nothing happened and had to canceled the contract within 21 days only to find out that even with the signed up fee of R479 at the 13th of April I get billed till the end of April R271.43 and also must paid for June.
