Poor Network

This is becoming ridiculous. Everytime when it gets close to the debit date no internet connection. Now I cannot work. Debit order goes off no hitches but, internet connection nothing. Call Centre is ***********, do not how to troubleshoot. Is rain forgetting that we actually Pay for their services, they not free. Literally have lost the will to complain. Last month with them. Absolutely Pathetic.
