Poor, lazy service- disgusted

currently on the phone for 14:49 minutes as I write this review. Consultant just have me hanging hoping I will drop the call.

Anyway, In November I called rain on *** to log a fault as I could not receive reception from my Router regardless of where I had it plugged in. I was told that a technician will be send out within 24 hours to check out my area for reception (been 18 minutes now holding on the for the consultant) and a outdoor router or modem was gonna be installed for me, it has been a month with mails send and calls made but no effort and no response from them( still holding for the consultant, think she just put the phone one side). Please help as my full payment is expected with poor, very poor service. Racquel
