Poor Internet Speeds

So I've been with rain for about 6 months now and the network is T E R R I B L E. I've paid my bills on time every month and speeds never get better no matter the troubleshooting they provide. I'm paying R480 for a service that is supposed to be up to 10mbps but I'm 57b/s to 2.1kbps which is utterly ridiculous. They also don't have direct lines to contact them and if you do need support they take forever to respond and are not helpful at all. I'm at my wits end with this company that has no explanation as to why they provide 4G service in an area that they can't?!
