Poor Internet Speed - Rain

I am experiencing speed issues with my Rain internet since the beginning of January 2024. The maximum download speed i get is 1Mbps. This is a a serious pain, taking into account the amount i pay on a monthly bases.

I have logged a call with rain customer care on 05-02-2024. I was promised that the issue was going to be investigated and someone was going to call me back, until now no one bothered contacting me. When following up, there is no status update on the call logged.

It looks like the only option i have is to terminate this service from Rain as they seem to be unable to fix the issue.
