Poor Internet Speed
Rain is at it again with poor poor and unacceptable service. After filing various complaints, our WiFi issue at home is not resolved. We can't stream Showmax or any other streaming channel owing to the poor speed test. We pay for 60mpbs yet the speed is always between 29mbps to 31mbps, which is almost 50% of the speed that we pay for. The WiFi strength is also never at full strength and only at two bars. Don't know if this is related to the egregious speed levels.
We have now escalated this issue to the Consumer Protection Ombudsman. I'm gatvol.

The router is mounted outside and I only get two bars out of 4 for signal strength. It's really pathetic. Speed was download speed was only 32mbps today. Upload was just above 4mbps. This is just not acceptable.
