Poor internet speed and very poor service

I've been with rain for 2 years now and I'm regretting paying them, the speed just dropped and I can't even watch a video... 39 second video takes almost 2 mins to see. Alot of customers seems to cancel or complain about the speed and you get the same response... "Hi Maite

Regards Fatima... Which is ridiculous, they are quick to take your money but the service is poor.
