Poor Internet Signal- Eain refusing to support me
I have contacted Rain several times requesting to assist with mounting an outdoor router as I'm have an extremely bad signal since October 2023. Till to date Rain is refusing to support by sending a Technician, yet every single month they debit R1058. Please Rain explain to me and everyone reading this comment why are you refusing me support and secondly, what am I paying for?
