Poor internet service provider

Poor internet connectivity, poor customer service. The last time I spoke to their consultant when I complained about slow connection he told me I should cancel their services instead of solving my query.

suddenly they have this system to check the tower you are connected to, I figured I am connected to a tower that is 4.7KM away from my location that time there is a tower 0.34KM from me. These guys are seriously ripping us off, we paying for service that is not there R479.00 a month for 10% of the service they promised.

What annoys most is that the network works when u outside the house, the minute you enter the house the network signal drops dismally.
