Poor internet service, poor customer care, poor technical support

Zero rating on rain, it's been a whole full 5days with Internet outage in my area and all the effort I took to report and to seek assistance has fallen flat to the deaf ears of unprofessional customer support.. They are quick to debit the money but slow to deliver the service. I have reported them to ISPA and will further lay claim to damages because I use Internet for business and studying
