Poor Internet service

I signed up with Rain 4G unlimted and boy what a horrible service. I was not able to reach 1mb download speed , with a cell tower less than 1 km away. I contacted the support team who did assist and even tried a sim swop which still did not work. After the sim swop the support just disappeared no reply at all. I even mentioned a refund because how can I pay for something that dont work and no response. That is day light *******.

Best advise stay away from them..........................
