poor internet service

the inter net service is so slow and wen complaining about it the responce is that you line is upto 10mbps so if you get 1mb per second you must be happy that you have inter net. i always kew that if you pay for a 2meg line you get 2meg and if you pay for a 5meg line you get 5meg not pay for 10meg and only get maybe 2meg if you are lucky
