Poor internet service and poor customer service
Good morning
I've been using rain for past 3 years, and, paying R500 and something per month and never got a right signal for the past 3 months, I only have 2 or 3 hours of internet, I have called rain I have requested multiple call backs no one has gotten back to me their customer service is appalling.
I would highly appreciate your assistance

21 Feb 2024, 16:15No that account was not opened by me and I have advised people who were calling me in this regard the one I'm talking about is for Nangamso Sokani who is my wife who can't do this on her own due to her work procedures that they can't use phones when on duty
