POOR internet service and Latency and Support

Well Same old same old. Still no solution for the *** latency to outside of Africa. They called me and ask me for some domain names. Well i dont even think they know what they are doing. After ive given the domain names and it was a few. they just started ignoring me, not getting back to me with a solution. ISP RAIN is extremely poor at service delivery and i encourage people to not TAKE RAIN even if its the last resort. This WIll be the LAST STRAW.
